Mr. Capozzoli is the President and Chief Executive Officer of CAP Advisors. As founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of CAP Advisors since 1989, he is responsible for advising, investing, and managing over $350 million in assets for municipal and institutional pension funds. In the past two decades Mr. Capozzoli has helped raise and invest approximately one billion dollars in real estate. He has extensive, hands-on experience in all aspects of core-type and “non-core” investments such as acquisition, disposition, management, and work-out / turn-around. Under his stewardship CAP Advisors, its subsidiaries, and affiliates have raised and invested over $500 million in institutional grade investments.

Ms. Capozzoli is Senior Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Compliance Officer of CAP Advisors. As co-founder, Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Compliance Officer of CAP Advisors since its inception in 1989, she has been responsible for the oversight of the accounting systems of CAP Advisors, its subsidiaries, and affiliates as well as the monitoring of all banking and corporate accounts. Ms. Capozzoli has more than 14 years experience in real estate and pension fund advisory services. Prior to joining CAP Advisors, Ms. Capozzoli was the Director of Purchasing for a leading retail operation in California. Ms. Capozzoli received her B.S. from Oklahoma State University and her Paralegal Certification from the Paralegal Institute of New York. Ms. Capozzoli is currently a member of MAPERS.

Ms. Burt serves as Senior Vice President of CAP Advisors and has been responsible for Human Resources and Corporate Accounting at CAP Advisors, its subsidiaries, and affiliates since 1991. Prior to joining the CAP Advisors' team, Ms. Burt served as Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young. Ms. Burt has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. She holds a B.A. of Accounting from Oakland University, is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, and is also a member of the National Association of Female Executives.

Mr. Thompson serves as Executive Vice President of CAP Advisors. As Executive Vice President, Mr. Thompson's responsibilities include the oversight of all CAP Advisors operations including asset management, property management, capital markets, acquisitions, and loan production. Mr. Thompson has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience in the financing, acquisition, disposition, management, and valuation of institutional-grade real estate throughout the United States. Prior to joining CAP Advisors, Mr. Thompson was Vice President of Travelers Realty Investment Company, a subsidiary of the Travelers Insurance Company, where he managed over $2 billion in equity and debt portfolios. Mr. Thompson received his Bachelors Degree in Engineering from the Air Force Academy and his Masters Degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin with a major in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. Mr. Thompson is a member of the Appraisal Institute and holds the MAI designation.

Mr. Korinek is the Director of Acquisitions for CAP Advisors, its subsidiaries, and affiliates. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and closing property acquisitions and joint ventures. His 17 years of commercial real estate experience includes acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, project management, and commercial mortgage originations and workouts. Mr. Korinek is knowledgeable of all major income property types as well as hotels and senior housing. Mark has worked for both institutional and smaller private investment and management firms including CIGNA Investments, Harbor Group International, Legg Mason Real Estate Services, and McKinley Associates. In 1987, he earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University in Philadelphia. He also continued graduate studies in Business Administration at Temple University and the University of Connecticut.

Mr. Byron is a Senior Asset Manager for CAP Advisors. His responsibilities include ensuring the financial performance of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets as well as overseeing the day-to-day operational issues of same. Prior to joining CAP Advisors, Mr. Byron was responsible for a $320 million real estate portfolio at a publicly-held REIT. Mr. Byron has over 15 years of experience in the areas of commercial real estate management, development and construction financing. Mr. Byron received both an A.B. in economics and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Michigan.
